Is Odysseus a good leader? If so, why? If not, why not?

I think Odysseus is a good leader because he does his best with his companions to go to Ithaca. At last he come back alone but he tried to save his crew. I think good leaders have to be smart and know their mind. Odysseus has a two qualities of leadership. When he met the Cyclops, he thought of a good plan in order to escape Cyclops island. He had a smart brain. Wherever he want , he experienced hardship. If I was same situation, I would not follow captain. But Odysseus was control of his crew so crew of Odysseus fellow order of Odysseus. I think knowing people's mind is hardest,but Odysseus succeeded.

1. Na Ra , who is one of my friends is kind, stubborn, and enthusiastic.

2. My mother is active, challenging,and emotional.

3. My younger brother is smart, emotional, and impolite to my friends.
